Abstract

Sistema eyectable con retención por pestañas para parachoques de vehículo, que consiste en un raíl interior (2) sobre el que se monta el parachoques (3) y que se eyecta desde el interior del raíl exterior fijo (1) del chasis del vehículo ante un impacto inminente, eyectándose completamente antes de que se produzca el impacto. La invención consiste en proponer un sistema de pestañas (4) que se colocan en el raíl interior y forman un ángulo agudo con el eje longitudinal del vehículo, y un sistema de alojamientos (5) que forman un ángulo semejante en el raíl exterior fijo del chasis. En el movimiento de salida las pestañas flexan y permiten la eyección, mientras que una vez que se produce el impacto, el sistema eyectado es empujado en retroceso, y las pestañas quedan enganchadas en los alojamientos, teniendo una rigidez suficiente para que se produzca el colapso controlado del raíl interior.Ejection system with retention by eyelash for vehicle bumpers, consisting of an inner rail (2) on which the bumper (3) is mounted and ejected from inside the fixed outer rail (1) of the vehicle chassis before a imminent impact, ejecting completely before the impact occurs.
