Abstract

Tapa y molde para conformar un producto alimenticio por compresión y procedimiento correspondiente. La tapa (2) comprende una primera y segunda semitapas (4, 6), unidas entre sí a través de por lo menos una junta (8) de estanqueidad de material elástico para uso alimentario. La tapa (2) presenta una posición de reposo en la que dichas primera y segunda semitapas (4, 6) están alejadas la una respecto a la otra la junta (8) se encuentra en reposo y una posición de estanqueidad en la que la primera y segunda semitapas (4, 6) están próximas entre sí y la junta (8) es deformada y sobresale lateralmente del perímetro de la sección transversal mayor de dicha tapa (2) cuando se encuentra en dicha posición de reposo para ser comprimida contra el perímetro interior del molde (1). La invención se refiere también a un procedimiento para conformar productos alimenticios según el mismo principio.
