Abstract

Problema.#Reducir el tamaño, escala de construcción y coste de funcionamiento de un aparato para limpiar una capa de filtración de arena.#Medios.#Un sistema de limpieza que elimina sedimentos de atascamiento de una capa de arena 2 de filtración, utilizado con un aparato para una admisión de infiltración de agua de mar que realiza una admisión de agua de mar, por medio de una tubería 4 de admisión de agua enterrada en la capa de grava 3 de soporte, después de que el agua de mar haya sido infiltrada a través de la capa de arena 2 de filtración y de una capa de grava 3 de soporte sobre un suelo oceánico. Este sistema de limpieza está provisto de una tubería difusora 7 que tiene orificios de soplado 6 y que está enterrada en la capa de grava 3 de soporte, así como un dispositivo 8 de suministro de aire comprimido que alimenta aire a la tubería difusora 7. El sistema actúa soplando el aire por los orificios de soplado 6 para agitar la arena de filtración de la capa de arena 2 de filtración, para eliminar los sedimentos que han resultado atrapados dentro de la capa de arena 2 de filtración o acumulados sobre la misma.#Efectos ventajosos.#El sistema puede conseguir una construcción de menor tamaño, de menor escala y un coste de funcionamiento inferior al sistema convencional que inyecta agua de nueva aportación o agua de mar a la capa de arena de filtración.
