Abstract
El procedimiento para optimizar el cultivo de mejillón comprende la aportación de un gas o de nutrientes, pudiendo darse la aportación de ambos y así el procedimiento comprende: 1) toma de datos del entorno, que es abierto, 2) introducción de un gas en el circuito comprendiendo dicho gas oxígeno u ozono, 3) liberación de burbujas de ese gas en el agua a una altura determinada y colisión de las burbujas de gas a una altura determinada con la liberación de las partículas de oxígeno u ozono y su perfecta mezcla con el agua, 4) obtención de nutrientes, bien de un depósito bien del lecho marino, 5) introducción de éstos en el circuito y 5) aportación de los mismos en la zona de cultivo, en donde este proceso se repite ajustando al cantidad de gas y/o de nutrientes en función de las necesidades que revelen los datos del entorno.
