Un dispositivo de destilación multi-efecto MED de alta eficiencia HE-MED que utiliza como fluido de trabajo agua de mar o de rio a temperatura ambiente; comprendiendo un condensador en el cual se libera calor de condensación y, además, incluye un puente térmico con al menos un conducto de regasificación de gas natural licuado adaptado para utilizar el calor liberado para regasificar gas natural licuado.
