Abstract

Carcasa para un ventilador axial (1) que comprende un anillo de pared (2) con un segmento de la boquilla de entrada (3) y con un difusor exterior anular (6) conectado en el lado de salida con el anillo de pared (2), con una abertura de entrada (7) y una abertura de salida (8), así como un soporte para un motor 5 eléctrico (9) del ventilador axial (1) que está dispuesto en un espacio interior de la carcasa, estando el difusor exterior (6) compuesto de al menos dos segmentos anulares parciales (12) que están conectados por medio de elementos de conexión mecánicos (13) en su superficie periférica exterior, y estando el soporte conformado de una pluralidad de tirantes (14) espaciados circunferencialmente, sujetables con un extremo en el área marginal de la abertura de entrada (7), que con sus otros extremos se pueden montar en una brida de motor (16) de una carcasa de motor (17) del motor eléctrico (9 ), y ensanchándose cónicamente el difusor exterior (6) desde su abertura de entrada (7) hacia su abertura de salida (8) con un ángulo de conicidad (α ) con respecto a su eje longitudinal central (X-X), caracterizado porque los tirantes (14) en el área marginal de la abertura de entrada (7) están fijados en una superficie periférica interior del difusor exterior (6), y porque dentro del difusor exterior (6) está dispuesto un difusor interior (26) que se extiende desde la abertura de entrada (7) hasta la abertura de salida (8) y presenta una pared circunferencial cerrada (27), y el cual en la área de la abertura de entrada ( 7) puede ser conectado a la brida de motor (16) de la carcasa de motor (17), estando alojada en el interior del difusor interior (26) la carcasa de motor (17) del motor eléctrico (9), estando fijada en el plano de abertura de la abertura de salida (8) que se extiende perpendicular al eje longitudinal (X-X), una rejilla de protección (36), que con su borde circunferencial exterior (37) está conectada al difusor exterior (6), presentando el difusor exterior (6) en su pared circunferencial en el área de la abertura de salida (8), cavidades (41) para la recepción de alambres de rejilla (38) de la rejilla de protección (36) y presentando las superficies des pared (31) del difusor interior (26) en sus extremos libres en el área marginal, cavidades (44) para la recepción de los alambres de la rejilla (38), y presentando el difusor interior (26) una tapa de cubierta (43) que se apoya en la rejilla de protección (36) sobre su cara orientada hacia la dirección de salida, y que está conectada a un segmento guiador de aire (29) a través de elementos de fijación, de tal manera que la rejilla de protección (36) está encerrada entre la tapa de cubierta (43 ) y el segmento guiador de aire (29).
