Unidad de riego por absorción y humidificación subterránea con sistema de regulación, aplicable para riego individual de la tierra (4) de una maceta (3) o para porciones de jardín, huerto o plantación, que comprende, al menos, un receptáculo de absorción (5) y un receptáculo de entrada (6) comunicados, como vasos comunicantes, por un conducto (7); estando el receptáculo de absorción (5) está situado bajo la tierra (4), y el receptáculo de entrada (6) dotado de válvula de regulación (9) para regular el nivel (11) del agua contenida en ambos receptáculos (5, 6). En una variante, ambos receptáculos de absorción (5) y de entrada (6) están integrados en un mismo depósito (2).
