Abstract

Herramienta de corte con revestimiento superficial que comprende: un cuerpo de herramienta de corte que consiste en un carburo cementado a base de carburo de tungsteno o un cermet a base de carbonitruro de titanio; y una capa de revestimiento duro proporcionada sobre una superficie del cuerpo de herramienta de corte, en la que la capa de revestimiento duro consiste en una capa inferior y una capa superior; (a) la capa inferior es una capa de compuesto de titanio que esta compuesta por una o mas de una capa de carburo de titanio, una capa de nitruro de titanio, una capa de carbonitruro de titanio, una capa de carbOxido de titanio y una capa de oxicarbonitruro de titanio, y tiene un grosor de capa medio total de 3 a 20 prri; (b) la capa superior, que se proporciona sobre la capa inferior, es una capa de 6xido de aluminio que tiene un grosor de capa medio de 1 a 25 gm; y una capa rica en microporos, que incluye microporos que tienen un diametro de 2 a 70 nm y tiene un grosor de capa de 0,1 a 1 pm, se proporciona en la capa inferior en las proximidades de la super-fide de contacto entre las capas inferior y superior.
