Abstract

Un aparato (1) para el tratamiento térmico de los productos manufacturados, particularmente los hechos de material cerámico, formado por al menos una cámara calentada (2) provista con por lo menos una apertura (3) para introducir por lo menos un producto (M) para ser tratado y con por lo menos una abertura (4) para la extracción del mencionado por lo menos un producto tratado (M) y los medios para la transmisión de calor al mencionado por lo menos un producto (M) que comprende por lo menos un quemador (5) provisto de un tubo radiante (6), estando insertado el tubo radiante (6) en la mencionada cámara (2) y estando provisto de una pluralidad de puertos (7) para la evacuación los gases de la combustión, estando conectados los puertos (7) con el interior de la mencionada cámara con la finalidad de conseguir la mezcla de calor mediante la propagación por la radiación y mediante la convección, en la cual el mencionado quemador (5) consta de un cuerpo de colector (8) para introducir por lo menos un combustible gaseoso y por lo menos un oxidante gaseoso y por lo menos un cabezal de combustión (9), que está asociado con el mencionado cuerpo de colector (8) con el fin de suministrar el mencionado combustible gaseoso y estando provisto de un electrodo de encendido (11) y con un dispositivo de control de la llama (12) y en donde el mencionado tubo radiante (6) consta de una camisa radiante (13), con la pared lateral de la cual dicha están asociados los mencionados puertos para la evacuación (7) y la cual está provista de un extremo proximal (13a) que está asociado con el mencionado cuerpo de colector (8) y con un extremo distal (13b) que está cerrado, estando el mencionado cabezal de combustión (9) dispuesto dentro de dicha camisa radiante (13), estando los mencionados puertos para la evacuación (7) distribuidos en una región de la pared lateral de la mencionada camisa radiante (13) la cual está comprendida entre el mencionado cabezal de combustión (9) y el extremo distal correspondiente (13b), en donde la mencionada región tiene una extensión transversal, con respecto a la extensión longitudinal de la mencionada camisa radiante (13), la cual aumenta hacia el extremo distal correspondiente (13b).An apparatus (1) for the heat treatment of manufactured products, particularly those made of ceramic material, formed by at least one heated chamber (2) provided with at least one opening (3) for introducing at least one product (M ) to be treated and with at least one opening (4) for the extraction of said at least one treated product (M) and the means for heat transfer to said at least one product (M) comprising at least minus a burner (5) provided with a radiant tube (6), the radiant tube (6) being inserted in said chamber (2) and provided with a plurality of ports (7) for the evacuation of combustion gases, the ports (7) being connected with the interior of said chamber in order to achieve heat mixing by propagation by radiation and by convection, in which said burner (5) consists of a collector body ( 8) to introduce At least one gaseous fuel and at least one gaseous oxidant and at least one combustion head (9), which is associated with said collector body (8) in order to supply said gaseous fuel and being provided of an ignition electrode (11) and with a flame control device (12) and wherein said radiating tube (6) consists of a radiating jacket (13), with the side wall of which said are associated said evacuation ports (7) and which is provided with a proximal end (13a) that is associated with said collector body (8) and with a distal end (13b) that is closed, said combustion head being (9) disposed within said radiant jacket (13), said evacuation ports (7) being distributed in a region of the side wall of said radiant jacket (13) which is comprised between said combustion head ( 9) and the corresponding distal end (13b), wherein said region has a transverse extension, with respect to the longitudinal extension of said radiant jacket (13), which increases towards the corresponding distal end (13b).
