Abstract

Sistema de cambio de marcha automático para vehículos de combustión interna, del tipo en el que el vehículo incluye una caja de cambios de marcha manual provista de un tambor selector rotativo (4), una batería eléctrica (28), y una palanca de cambios (2) accionable manualmente. Dicho sistema comprende un dispositivo actuador (14) del cambio de marcha que incluye un motorreductor (15) cuyo eje de salida (16) está acoplado al eje de giro (6) del tambor selector (4) de marchas o al eje de giro de la palanca de cambios (2) mediante unos medios de transmisión (19, 20), y una unidad de control electrónica (23) capaz de captar una serie de datos recogidos en diferentes puntos del vehículo procesar dicha información mediante un software adecuado y seleccionar la marcha óptima en cada momento, y enviar una señal al dispositivo actuador (14) para ejecutar el cambio de marcha, controlando dicha ejecución en lazo cerrado.
