Abstract

Dispositivo amortiguador antivibratorio, aplicable en la absorción/eliminación de vibraciones de alta, baja y media frecuencia, que comprende un armazón metálico compuesto por: una cazoleta (1) provista de una base (11) y de una abertura superior con un reborde interior (12); un cabezal deslizante (2) superior desplazable axialmente respecto a la cazoleta (1) y que comprende una abertura inferior con un reborde exterior (21); un cojín anular (3) dispuesto entre la abertura superior de la cazoleta y la abertura inferior del cabezal deslizante; y un muelle amortiguador (5) helicoidal dispuesto en el interior del armazón. La cazoleta (1) presenta una abertura inferior (13) para el montaje del muelle amortiguador (5) helicoidal en el interior del armazón; comprendiendo dicha abertura inferior (13) una tapa roscada (4) de cierre que conforma unos medios de ajuste de la presión del muelle amortiguador (5) contra el cabezal deslizante (2) superior y contra dicha tapa roscada (4).Anti-vibration damping device, applicable in the absorption / elimination of high, low and medium frequency vibrations, comprising a metal frame consisting of: a bowl (1) provided with a base (11) and an upper opening with an inner flange ( 12); an upper sliding head (2) axially movable with respect to the bowl (1) and comprising a lower opening with an outer flange (21); an annular cushion (3) disposed between the upper opening of the bowl and the lower opening of the sliding head; and a coil spring (5) arranged inside the frame. The bowl (1) has a lower opening (13) for mounting the coil spring (5) inside the frame; said lower opening (13) comprising a threaded closing cover (4) that forms means for adjusting the pressure of the damping spring (5) against the upper sliding head (2) and against said threaded cover (4).
