Abstract

Procedimiento para hacer funcionar un horno de arco eléctrico, en donde con al menos un electrodo se genera un arco eléctrico para fundir metal, en donde un arco eléctrico asociado al menos un electrodo presenta una primera potencia de radiación sobre la base de un primer juego de parámetros de funcionamiento ajustado, en donde el horno de arco eléctrico se hace funcionar conforme a un programa de marcha prefijado, que se basa en un desarrollo de proceso esperado, en donde se vigila si entre el desarrollo de proceso real y el desarrollo de proceso esperado existe una desviación indeseada, caracterizado porque en el caso de existir una desviación se prefija una segunda potencia de radiación modificada y, con base en la segunda potencia de radiación modificada, se establece un segundo juego de parámetros modificado, en especial al menos un valor de impedancia
