Abstract

Modificación de poliuretano con polímeros sensibles a estímulos biocompatibles para carga y cesión de fármacos. La invención se refiere a poliuretanos en forma de películas, láminas o catéteres modificados, por medio de radiación gamma ({ga}), con injertos de redes poliméricas interpenetrantes (IPNs) y semi-interprenetrates (s-IPNs) sensibles a la temperatura y al pH, que presenten una alta biocompatibilidad, para su aplicación como sistemas implantables de liberación local de fármacos útiles en la prevención y el tratamiento de estados patológicos o fisiológicos asociados al uso de productos sanitarios, en la elaboración de sistemas de liberación tópica, transdérmica o transmucosal de medicamentos o sustancias activas y en la preparación de cosméticos.
