Abstract

1.Un útil de perforar rápidamente giratorio para realizar sustancialmente por presión y calor de fricción un agujero rodeado por un saliente en una placa metálica o en la pared de un tubo metálico, teniendo dicho útil una primera parte cónica, una segunda parte adyacente a dicha primera parte coaxialmente y que tiene una forma, que está adaptada a la forma del agujero a realizar, una tercera parte adyacente a la segunda parte coaxialmente y un vástago adyacente a la tercera parte coaxialmente y que sirve para la unión del útil de perforar a una máquina-herramienta, teniendo el útil de perforar, además , una cavidad coaxial que se extiende desde el extremo libre del vástago a un lugar, a una distancia dada del extremo anterior de la primera parte, y tiene tal forma, que asegura que la pared que rodea a dicha cavidad tiene en todos los lugares al menos un espesor predeterminado. 2.Un útil de perforar de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, en el que el espesor de la pared que rodea la cavidad coaxial es de al menos 3 milímetros. 3.Un útil de perforar de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 ó 2, en el que sustancialmente en todas las áreas en sección transversal de la primera y segunda parte de útil, la relación entre el diámetro de la cavidad y el del círculo circunscrito del útil es de entre 0,5 y 0,7. 4.Un útil de perforar de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, 2 ó 3, en el que la distancia entre el extremo anterior de la primera parte del útil y el extremo inferior de la cavidad es de, al menos, 8m. 5.Un útil de perforar rápidamente giratorio.
