The underlying technical problem of the present invention is the provision of a method for the treatment of wastes containing heavy metals with a new phosphating agent and the solution proposed by the applicant is the use of a phosphating agent based on salts of phosphate or phosphate rocks like apatites among others. Por lo tanto resultaría obvio para un experto en la materia probar la utilización de un agente de fosfatación como los divulgados en los documentos D3 y D4 para la inmovilización de metales pesados en un procedimiento de tratamiento de desechos con metales pesados. Por lo tanto, a la vista de estos documentos, las reivindicaciones 1 a 46 de la presente solicitud carecen de actividad inventiva (Art. 8.1 LP).
