El presente informe se basa en la solicitud de patente ES201230384 que consta de 7 reivindicaciones. El objeto de la invención es un expositor de colchones con mesa elevadora. El documento D01 se puede considerar el estado de la técnica más cercano. En él se divulga (documento completo y figuras), un expositor de colchones con mesa elevadora, susceptible de ser posicionada a diferentes alturas en relación con cada uno de los compartimentos de expositor para la extracción de cada colchón; consistiendo dicho expositor en una construcción tubular mecánica obtenida a partir de cuatro montantes verticales que ocupan posiciones correspondientes a las esquinas con varios marcos de rigidizaci�n estructural y múltiples rodillos extendidos entre cada marco ubicados a una misma altura, estando el marco inferior situado a una altura respecto a la superficie de soporte que permite el alojamiento en la posición de reposo de una mesa elevadora estructurada a partir de un bastidor inferior, extra�ble por la parte delantera del expositor, y que dotada de una plataforma superior posicionable a alturas predefinidas en relación de enfrentamiento con cada uno de los compartimentos del expositor ocupados por los diferentes colchones, por medio de un mecanismo elevador liberable respecto a un mecanismo retenedor. Se diferencia de la solicitud en el accionamiento del mecanismo retenedor. Existen numerosos documentos en el Estado de la Técnica que divulgan mesas elevadoras con mecanismos retenedores accionados por un pedal como muestra el documento D02 (resumen y figuras), que además presenta unas ruedas para su desplazamiento. Un experto en la materia habría conocido el documento D02 y lo habría combinado con el documento D01 para mostrar todos los detalles mencionados en la solicitud. Por consiguiente las reivindicaciones 1, 6 y 7 carecen de actividad inventiva. (Art. 8.1 LP 11/1986). El mecanismo elevador de la plataforma superior consiste en un mecanismo de tijera obtenido a partir de sendos pares de brazos (11) y (12) articulado en una posición intermedia (13), de los que un primer par de brazos est� articulados por su extremo inferior a un larguero del bastidor inferior y de los que el segundo par de brazos tienen un rodillo (16) que se inserta de forma desplazable en el interior de guías (18) solidarias con los largueros del mencionado bastidor inferior. El uso de topes para limitar un desplazamiento es de sobra conocido y empleado en el Estado de la Técnica, luego las reivindicaciones 2 y 3 no tienen actividad inventiva. (Art. 8.1 LP 11/1986). Se proponen dos mecanismos de recuperación, uno con motores, sensores y otro con resortes. Aunque este documento no explica este último, si lo hace el documento D02 en el cual se muestra un bastidor de elevación con unos resortes extendidos longitudinalmente entre un travesaño de un extremo del bastidor inferior y una barra horizontal transversal que une un segundo par de brazos del mecanismo de tijera y que tiene sus extremos insertados de forma desplazable en el interior de guías solidarias con los largueros del bastidor. Por lo tanto, la reivindicación 4 no presenta actividad inventiva. (Art. 8.1 LP 11/1986). El empleo de pedales para accionar un elemento cuya aplicación contra otro impide el movimiento de este último es de conocimiento general y su uso est� ampliamente extendido en los distintos sectores, de manera que la reivindicación 5 adolece de actividad inventiva. (Art. 8.1 LP 11/1986). This report is based on patent application ES201230384 consisting of 7 claims. The object of the invention is a mattress display with lifting table. Document D01 can be considered the closest state of the art. It discloses (complete document and figures), an exhibitor of mattresses with lifting table, which can be positioned at different heights in relation to each of the exhibitor compartments for the extraction of each mattress; said exhibitor consisting of a mechanical tubular construction obtained from four vertical uprights that occupy positions corresponding to the corners with several structural stiffening frames and multiple rollers extended between each frame located at the same height, the lower frame being located at a height with respect to the support surface that allows accommodation in the resting position of a lifting table structured from a lower frame, removable from the front of the display, and which is equipped with a positionable upper platform at predefined heights in confrontational relationship with each of the exhibitor's compartments occupied by the different mattresses, by means of a releasable lifting mechanism with respect to a retaining mechanism. It differs from the request in the actuation of the retaining mechanism. There are numerous documents in the State of the Art that disclose lifting tables with retaining mechanisms actuated by a pedal as shown in document D02 (summary and figures), which also presents wheels for movement. A person skilled in the art would have known document D02 and would have combined it with document D01 to show all the details mentioned in the application. Accordingly, claims 1, 6 and 7 lack inventive activity. (Art. 8.1 LP 11/1986). The lifting mechanism of the upper platform consists of a scissor mechanism obtained from two pairs of arms (11) and (12) articulated in an intermediate position (13), of which a first pair of arms is articulated by its lower end to a stringer of the lower frame and of which the second pair of arms have a roller (16) that is movably inserted inside guides (18) in solidarity with the stringers of said lower frame. The use of stops to limit a displacement is well known and used in the prior art, then claims 2 and 3 have no inventive activity. (Art. 8.1 LP 11/1986). Two recovery mechanisms are proposed, one with motors, sensors and another with springs. Although this document does not explain the latter, it does document D02 in which a lifting frame is shown with springs extended longitudinally between a crossbar of one end of the lower frame and a horizontal crossbar that joins a second pair of arms of the scissor mechanism and that has its ends inserted in a sliding way inside guides in solidarity with the frame stringers. Therefore, claim 4 has no inventive activity. (Art. 8.1 LP 11/1986). The use of pedals to drive an element whose application against another prevents the movement of the latter is of general knowledge and its use is widely extended in the different sectors, so that claim 5 suffers from inventive activity. (Art. 8.1 LP 11/1986).
