Abstract

The method comprises roughening a first surface portion (14) of a base body (12) using a particle beam, subjecting the first surface portion to a hydrofluoric acid treatment, and roughening a first surface portion of a surface element using the particle beam with a mass flow of 0.5-3.5 g/s. The base body is made of glass-ceramic. The first surface portion of the surface element has an area of less than 9 mm 2>. A second surface portion (18) of the body is arranged on a layer that is deposited by a sputtering process. The first surface portion of the body overlaps the second surface portion.
