Abstract
Máquina para la colocación de canaletas prefabricadas en zanjas.#La máquina está prevista en primer lugar para realizar zanjas, recuperar las gravas y zahorras originadas en la realización de la zanja, así como para colocar las canaletas prefabricadas que se sitúan sobre la zanja, cerrar las canaletas con tapas y cubrir todo ello con tierra para el enterramiento de la zanja. Las canaletas prefabricadas (8) son alimentadas a través de una rampa transversal (6) de rodillos con inclinación descendente hacia una segunda rampa longitudinal (9) de rodillos, desde la cual y tras el paso por unos medios de control de la alimentación de las canaletas prefabricadas (8), éstas desde la rampa longitudinal (9) acceden a un sistema de traccionado y empuje para acoplamiento entre sí de las propias canaletas prefabricadas, basándose el sistema de tracción y empuje en ruedas montadas sobre bastidores articulados (13), accionadas por un motor (12), alcanzando la salida donde las canaletas prefabricadas (8) se van colocando en la zanja, y son tapadas mediante el abastecimiento manual desde una plataforma lateral (14) y por parte de un operario, con tapas que se disponen previamente en una rampa (15), para finalmente ser tapada toda a canalización mediante elementos a modo de rejones (17) establecidos en el extremo final de la máquina.Machine for placing prefabricated gutters in ditches. # The machine is first planned to make ditches, recover gravels and gravels originated in the ditch, as well as to place prefabricated gutters that are placed over the ditch, close the gutters with covers and cover all this with earth for the burial of the ditch.
