Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una planta de la familia Capsicum conveniente para uso como portainjerto, susceptible de ser obtenida a partir del cruce inicial de una planta de Capsicum, con preferencia una planta de C. annuum, con una planta de Capsicum baccatum utilizada como ascendiente hembra, eventualmente seguido de uno o varios cruces suplementarios con una planta de Capsicum baccatum. La presente invención tiene igualmente por objeto una planta injertada constituida por un portainjerto según la invención y un injerto. Por otra parte, la presente invención tiene por objeto una semilla, una célula o una parte de una planta portainjerto según la invención. La presente invención tiene finalmente por objeto el uso de una planta según la invención como portainjerto y un procedimiento de obtención de una planta injertada.
