Abstract

Una tapa de material plástico o similar para cerrar herméticamente una abertura de un recipiente, en que la tapa forma la parte superior del recipiente una envolvente de recipiente sustancialmente estanca al líquido y al gas se extiende desde la tapa hasta un cierre de fondo sustancialmente estanco al líquido y al gas, caracterizada porque una etiqueta de cierre hermético está soportada en el interior de la tapa y fijada a la envolvente, y porque la tapa está provista de una pestaña fijada alrededor de sustancialmente todo el lado externo de la envolvente de recipiente en el borde superior de la misma, estando provista dicha pestaña de al menos una muesca de desgarre que, cuando es penetrada, deja libre a la tapa.
