Abstract
Procedimiento para el tratamiento de la superficie de componentes de aluminio, o de componentes quecontienen aluminio, con los siguientes pasos:- Anodizado de la superficie,- aplicación de por lo menos una substancia pigmentante, en particular una substancia completamentepigmentante, en hoyos o poros abiertos en la superficie de una estructura en forma de peine o unaestructura porosa de la superficie aparecida al efectuarse el anodizado de la superficie, y/o- aplicación de substancias capaces de oxidación en los hoyos o poros abiertos en la superficie de laestructura en forma de peine o de la estructura porosa aparecida al efectuarse el anodizado de lasuperficie, y oxidación de estas substancias,- Aplicación de un recubrimiento sol-gel silicatado sobre la superficie, en donde el recubrimiento de sol-gelcontiene un pigmento que sirve particularmente para la refracción de la luz.

5 La invencion se refiere a un componente de aluminio, o a un componente que contiene aluminio, cuya superficie tratada, esta provista en particular de una o varias capa(s) cobertoras(s). El documento WO 2004/063427 da a conocer un procedimiento para el tratamiento de la superficie de componentes de aluminio con los siguientes pasos: anodizado o eloxidado, pigmentado o respectivamente decolorado, o respectivamente decolorado de interferencias opticas, compactado en frio, mediante una solucion con componentes de silicato y sales de niquel y/o compactado en caliente mediante hidratacion. El documento US 3 374 155, da a conocer un procedimiento para el tratamiento de superficies de componentes de
15 aluminio con los siguientes pasos: anodizado o eloxidado, pigmentado o respectivamente decolorado, compactado mediante una solucion con silicato para la formacion de una delgada capa ceramica sin pigmentos refringentes. En el tratamiento de la superficie de este tipo de componentes pueden aparecer interferencias opticas, las cuales entre otras cosas, producen la impresion de una estructura de superficie irregular y por lo tanto opticamente antiestetica. La invencion tiene por finalidad la creacion de un procedimiento para el tratamiento de una superficie de componentes de aluminio o componentes que contienen aluminio, los cuales a pesar de su tratamiento de superficie mediante una y/o varias capas cobertoras producen una impresion opticamente perfecta, en particular exenta de
25 interferencias opticas. Esta finalidad se soluciona segun la invencion de manera que la superficie del componente de aluminio o del componente que contiene aluminio se anodiza en primer lugar. Con ello se origina una estructura en forma de un peine o una estructura de forma porosa sobre la superficie, la cual presenta unos hoyos o poros abiertos hacia afuera. A continuacion se aplica en los hoyos o poros por lo menos una substancia pigmentante, en particular una substancia totalmente pigmentante. Alternativamente o adicionalmente, tiene lugar la aplicacion de substancias en particular substancias metalicas, en los hoyos o poros en particular mediante un procedimiento de separacion en un bano y a continuacion una oxidacion de las substancias en particular mediante tratamiento con una corriente electrica. Las substancias se ajustan con ello a su color, en donde "incoloro" tambien es posible. A continuacion
35 tiene lugar una aplicacion por lo menos de una capa cobertora en forma de un recubrimiento sol-gel de silicato sobre la superficie, en donde la capa cobertora contiene un pigmento que sirve en particular para la refraccion de la luz. Se emplea por lo tanto un recubrimiento de esta clase provisto de un pigmento de este tipo . Debido a la pigmentacion de los hoyos o poros y/o la formacion de color mediante las substancias oxidantes y la pigmentacion del recubrimiento, no aparece ninguna interferencia opticas, de manera que una superficie tratada de esta forma aparece completamente uniforme. Segun un perfeccionamiento de la invencion, esta previsto que el recubrimiento de sol-gel se aplique con un grueso de capa de 0,5 !m hasta 5 !m. Con ello se pueden lograr particularmente buenos resultados.
45 Segun un perfeccionamiento de la invencion esta previsto que como pigmento presente en el recubrimiento de solgel, se emplee un pigmento inorganico. La substancia pigmentada que va a aplicarse a los hoyos o poros, puede tener un pigmento igualmente inorganico. Ademas es ventajoso, que la estructura porosa este constituida por una estructura de poro fino. Segun un perfeccionamiento de la invencion esta previsto el empleo de una substancia pigmentada y/o un pigmento con un color cualquiera o en cada caso con un color cualquiera, en particular un color transparente claro. En consecuencia, pueden utilizarse para la substancia pigmentante y/o el pigmento, cualesquiera colores distintos o tambien colores iguales, en particular tambien pigmentos incoloros.
55 La invencion se refiere ademas a un componente de aluminio o un componente que lo contenga, obtenido de acuerdo con el procedimiento segun las versiones precedentes. La invencion se refiere a un componente de aluminio o a un componente que contenga aluminio. La superficie del componente se eloxida o correspondientemente se anodiza, es decir se forma sobre la superficie una capa de oxido. Este proceso se efectua en particular el tiempo necesario para que se forme una estructura en forma de peine o respectivamente una estructura de forma porosa sobre la superficie del componente (observado microscopicamente). La estructura en forma de peine o respectivamente la estructura de forma porosa, no es una estructura cerrada sino que esta abierta hacia arriba. Para la configuracion de colores puede aplicarse en los hoyos
65 de esta estructura en forma de peine o respectivamente en forma porosa, en particular en forma de una estructura porosa fina, por lo menos una substancia pigmentada. Como pigmento-color entra en cuestion cualquier color

deseado, aunque tambien puede ser un color transparente a saber, un color claro. Alternativamente o adicionalmente, para la configuracion del color de los hoyos de esta estructura en forma de peine o respectivamente estructura porosa, en particular en forma de una estructura porosa fina, mediante un procedimiento de separacion y un procedimiento de oxidacion, en particular mediante tratamiento con una corriente electrica, segun el producto de 5 separacion empleado, pueden ajustarse en particular substancias metalicas, un color o un espectro de color en la superficie. Alternativamente o adicionalmente a una configuracion de color, es posible tambien un color transparente. A continuacion se aplica un recubrimiento sol-gel silicatado sobre la superficie anodizada, en donde el recubrimiento sol-gel antes o durante el proceso de recubrimiento se provee con una pequena proporcion en volumen del 0,1 hasta el 0,01 de un pigmento de preferencia inorganico. �ediante la adicion de este pigmento, el cual puede estar formado
10 igualmente de cualquier color que se desee o tambien de un color transparente, se evita la formacion de interferencias opticas, es decir, las diferentes capas sobre el componente no conducen a ningun efecto de interferencia optica. El recubrimiento de sol-gel se endurece mediante tratamiento termico.
El grueso de capa del recubrimiento sol-gel silicatado es de preferencia desde 0,5 !m hasta 5 !m.
15 Antes de la aplicacion del recubrimiento de sol-gel y/o antes o despues de la introduccion de la substancia pigmentada y/o de las substancias capaces de oxidacion para la introduccion del color en los poros, puede tener lugar opcionalmente una compactacion, de manera que los poros se estrechan en la region superior, aunque no se cierran. La compactacion puede tener lugar en particular, mediante una hidratacion.

- REIVINDICACIONES1. Procedimiento para el tratamiento de la superficie de componentes de aluminio, o de componentes quecontienen aluminio, con los siguientes pasos: 5

- Anodizado de la superficie,
aplicacion de por lo menos una substancia pigmentante, en particular una substancia completamente pigmentante, en hoyos o poros abiertos en la superficie de una estructura en forma de peine o una 10 estructura porosa de la superficie aparecida al efectuarse el anodizado de la superficie, y/oaplicacion de substancias capaces de oxidacion en los hoyos o poros abiertos en la superficie de la estructura en forma de peine o de la estructura porosa aparecida al efectuarse el anodizado de la superficie, y oxidacion de estas substancias,15 - Aplicacion de un recubrimiento sol-gel silicatado sobre la superficie, en donde el recubrimiento de sol-gel contiene un pigmento que sirve particularmente para la refraccion de la luz. - 2. Procedimiento segun la reivindicacion 1, caracterizado porque, el recubrimiento de sol-gel se aplica con ungrueso de capa de 0,5 !m hasta 5 !m. 20
- 3. Procedimiento segun una de las precedentes reivindicaciones, caracterizado porque, como pigmento presente en el recubrimiento de sol-gel, se emplea un pigmento inorganico.
- 4. Procedimiento segun una de las precedentes reivindicaciones, caracterizado porque, la estructura porosa esta 25 constituida como una estructura porosa fina.
- 5. Procedimiento segun una de las precedentes reivindicaciones, caracterizado porque, se emplea una substancia pigmentante y/o un pigmento de un color cualquiera, o cada uno de un color cualquiera, principalmente de un color transparente.
- 6. Procedimiento segun una de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque, antes de la aplicacion del recubrimiento de sol-gel se efectua una compactacion, en particular mediante una hidratacion de la estructura en forma de peine, o respectivamente de la estructura porosa35 7. Componente de aluminio o que contiene aluminio, producido de acuerdo con el procedimiento segun una o varias de las precedentes reivindicaciones.4
