El documento D02 muestra (ver figura 3) una marquesina suspendida (1) que consta de una pluralidad de soportes (3) emergentes perpendicularmente de la fachada (M) y articulados (9) a ella, como en la segunda reivindicación de la solicitud, y que se estructuran en dos largueros (2,3) articulados (11);otros elementos (4) que se articulan a la fachada (9) y a los soportes anteriores (3); y unos medios de retención formados por una superficie rígida (16)(ver figuras 9 y 23) , como en la reivindicación 7 de la solicitud. A la vista de los documentos anteriores, el objeto de las reivindicaciones 1 y 3 a 6 de la solicitud, estarían en el estado de técnica (documento D01) y por tanto carecerían de novedad (Art.6.1 LP). El objeto de las reivindicaciones 2 y 7 sería obvio para el experto en la materia a la vista del documento D02, pues combinaría las características de este documento con las del documento D01, y por tanto las reivindicaciones 2 y 7 carecerían de actividad inventiva (Art. 8.1 LP). In view of the above documents, the object of claims 1 and 3 to 6 of the application would be in the state of the art (document D01) and therefore would be novel (Art.6.1 LP). The purpose of claims 2 and 7 would be obvious to the person skilled in the art in view of document D02, as it would combine the characteristics of this document with those of document D01, and therefore claims 2 and 7 would lack inventive activity (Art 8.1 LP).
