Abstract

Silla plegable, que comprende un primer bastidor (1) que forma un respaldo (2) y en su extremo inferior formando un apoyo delantero (3), un segundo bastidor (4) que forma un apoyo posterior (8) incluyendo un travesaño (11) y un plato formando un asiento (9), estando conectado articuladamente a dicho primer bastidor (1); en el que el asiento (9) se relaciona articuladamente con el segundo bastidor (4) por medio de un tirante (12), caracterizado porque dicho tirante (12) por su primer extremo (13) y por medio de un primer eje (15) estando conectado articuladamente a una primera pieza (17) fijada en la cara inferior del travesaño (11), en el que el asiento (9) en uso se apoya en dicho travesaño (11), y por el otro extremo (14) dicho tirante (12) articula mediante un segundo eje (16), estando conectado articuladamente a una segunda pieza (18) fijada en la cara inferior del asiento (9).

OBJETO DE LA INVENCION
Silla plegable
CAMPO DE LA INVENCION
Esta silla está pensada para ser utilizada preferentemente por niños.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCION
Existen diferentes modelos de sillas plegables para niños, generalmente de constitución sencilla, y entre ellos cabe citar el constituido por un bastidor constitutivo del respaldo y del apoyo delantero, al que se articulan un segundo bastidor, constitutivo del apoyo posterior, y una placa, constitutiva del asiento que se apoya sobre el segundo bastidor.
Este tipo de sillas tienen el inconveniente de que, al estar sus componentes articulados entre sí, su disposición plegada no resulta estable, moviéndose las partes articuladas dificultando su traslado y su guarda.
Entre las sillas plegables existentes puede citarse la que es objeto de la patente US-2,654,119. Esta silla relaciona el asiento con el bastidor posterior (segundo) mediante un juego de tirantes articulados y comprende posteriormente medios de enganche que prenden en un travesaño de dicho bastidor posterior (segundo) para bloquear la posición desplegada de la silla.
También existe la patente EP-0 077 871 que tiene por objeto una silla plegable que como medios de bloqueo de la posición desplazada comprende un gancho articulado en uno de los bastidores que prende en un saliente del otro bastidor.
SUMARIO DE LA INVENCION
Es objeto de esta invención una silla plegable que, una vez plegada, mantiene sus componentes, los dos bastidores y el asiento, yuxtapuestos entre sí formando un conjunto compacto que facilita su traslado manual y su guarda en el almacén del comerciante y en casa del usuario.
Esta silla plegable se caracteriza por las características de la reivindicación 1. las características preferidas se disponen en las reivindicaciones dependientes.
Estas y otras características se desprenderán mejor de la descripción detallada que sigue, para facilitar la cual se acompaña de una lámina de dibujos en la que se ha representado un caso práctico de realización que se cita solamente a título de ejemplo no limitativo del alcance de la presente invención.
DESCRIPCION DE LOS DIBUJOS

La figura 1 muestra en perspectiva la silla objeto de la invención, desplegada y vista inferiormente.
las figuras, 2, 3 y 4 ilustran en sección alzada el detalle de las articulaciones entre los tres componentes de la silla, en las posiciones desplegada, semidesplegada, y plegada, respectivamente.
DESCRIPCION DETALLADA
De acuerdo con los dibujos esta silla plegable comprende un bastidor rectangular (1) que forma en su extremo superior el respaldo (2) y en su extremo inferior el apoyo delantero (3); un segundo bastidor rectangular (4) ) que forma el apoyo posterior (8) de la silla de laterales prolongados (5) que mediante eje (6) se articulan a sendos salientes (7) del borde posterior de los laterales de un primer bastidor (1; y una placa cuadrangular (9) que forma el asiento de la silla y que lateralmente se articula mediante un eje (10) a los laterales de un primer bastidor (1).
En la posición desplegada de la silla la placa de asiento (9) se apoya sobre el travesaño superior (11) del bastidor (4) (figuras 1 y 2).
En la posición plegada de la silla (figura 4) la placa de asiento (9) queda en el plano del primer bastidor (1), y el segundo bastidor (4) queda yuxtapuesto a dicho primer bastidor (1).
Para mantener estable la posición de plegado de la silla, el asiento (9) está relacionado articuladamente con el segundo bastidor (4) mediante un tirante (12) ligeramente arqueado longitudinalmente y que presenta sus extremos (13) y (14) ahorquillados los cuales mediante respectivos primer eje (15) y segundo eje (16) se articulan a respectivas primera pieza
(17) y segunda pieza (18) estando fijadas, respectivamente, en la cara inferior del travesaño (11) y en la cara inferior del asiento (9).
5 Con esta estructura, en el plegado de la silla, al plegar el asiento (9) según la flecha (F) alrededor del eje (10) dicho asiento, mediante el tirante (12), arrastrará al bastidor (4) según flecha (F’) hasta quedar los tres componentes de la silla yuxtapuestos y estabilizados, según se ilustra en la figura 4.
10 Esta silla podrá comprender el acoplamiento de una bandeja.

  1. REIVINDICACIONES
    1. Silla plegable, que comprende un primer bastidor (1) que forma un respaldo (2) y en su extremo inferior formando un apoyo delantero (3), un segundo bastidor (4) que forma un apoyo posterior (8) incluyendo un travesaño (11) y un plato
    5 formando un asiento (9), estando conectado articuladamente a dicho primer bastidor (1); en el que el asiento (9) se relaciona articuladamente con el segundo bastidor (4) por medio de un tirante (12), caracterizado porque dicho tirante
    (12) por su primer extremo (13) y por medio de un primer eje (15) estando conectado articuladamente a una primera pieza (17) fijada en la cara inferior del travesaño (11), en el que el asiento (9) en uso se apoya en dicho travesaño (11), y por el otro extremo (14) dicho tirante (12) articula mediante un segundo eje (16), estando conectado articuladamente a

  2. 2. Silla plegable, según reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque el tirante (12) tiene una forma arqueada longitudinalmente y está ahorquillado por sus extremos (13, 14).
