Por tanto, la reivindicación 1 carece de novedad con respecto a la divulgación de D01 según el art. 6.1. de la LP. Los orificios adicionales (32A y 32B) presentan una embocadura abocardada (ver fig. 8). Por tanto, la reivindicación 2 carece de novedad según el art. 6.1. de la LP. con respecto a la divulgación de D01. El documento D03 (en adelante los numerales citados se refieren a D03) describe un dispositivo idéntico al del documento D01 sin describir en detalle el sistema de desbloqueo mediante una herramienta ad hoc pero presentando claramente la existencia de los orificios adicionales (34A y 34B). Dicho dispositivo presenta (columna 3 líneas 25 y siguientes) un sistema de desbloqueo (ver figura 8). Por tanto, las reivindicaciones 1 y 2 carecen de novedad según el art. 6.1. de la LP. con respecto al dispositivo divulgado en D03. El documento D02 divulga un dispositivo de sujeción de objetos (ver figura 6) mediante elementos filiformes que comprende un cuerpo con un único orificio pasante principal (43) a diferencia de los dispositivos divulgados en D01 y D03 que presentan dos orificios. This device presents (column 3 lines 25 and following) an unlocking system (see figure 8). Therefore, claims 1 and 2 lack novelty according to art. 6.1. of the LP. with respect to the device disclosed in D03. Document D02 discloses an object securing device (see figure 6) by means of filiform elements comprising a body with a single main through hole (43) unlike the devices disclosed in D01 and D03 having two holes.
