Mejoras introducidas en la Patente de Invención número P 201030010 por “Calzado y procedimiento para la fabricación del mismo”, que siendo aplicables en aquel tipo de calzado constituido mediante la combinación funcional de un piso y un corte, participando en este último una parte exterior o vista y una parte interior en funciones de forro, y habiéndose previsto que dicho corte incorpore, en correspondencia con la zona anterior de mismo y entre su parte externa y su forro, una o mas piezas elásticas determinantes de cámaras o burbujas que emergen al exterior del corte, definiendo protuberancias adecuadamente distribuidas sobre la zona anterior y laterales de dicho corte, caracterizadas porque cada protuberancia (1) o burbuja establecida mediante la correspondiente pieza elástica, presenta interiormente un cuello central (2), abierto hacia el exterior, estableciendo una menor deformabilidad de dicha protuberancia (1), manteniendo su elasticidad. 1. Estas piezas independientes están dotadas de una valona o pestaña perimetral para apoyo y fijación sobre la cara interna del corte. No se ha encontrado en el estado de la técnica dicha característica y no se considera obvio que un experto en la materia incluya dicha característica por lo que constituye un efecto mejorado con respecto al estado de la técnica. La reivindicación nº 3 divulga que el cuello central es liso interiormente y susceptible de estar afectado de resaltes anulares externos, no se ha encontrado en el estado de la técnica ningún documento que muestre las características técnicas divulgadas en dicha reivindicación. Por tanto, no se ha encontrado en el estado de la técnica ningún documento, tomado sólo o en combinación que revele la invención definida en las reivindicaciones nº 1, 2 y 3. Además, no se considera obvio que un experto en la materia conciba dicha invención. Por lo tanto, la invención reivindicada en las reivindicaciones nº 1, 2 y 3 es nueva, implica actividad inventiva y tiene aplicación industrial de acuerdo con los artículos 6 y 8.1 de la Ley 11/86 de 20 de marzo de Patentes. The present invention relates to improvements in footwear consisting of a floor and a cut where the latter incorporates an elastic piece whose characteristics give it a better shock absorbing effect on impacts. Document D01 is considered the closest in the state of the art to the object of the invention claimed in claims 1, 2 and 3 (references and comments in brackets correspond to this document). Thus, with respect to the features described in claim 1, discloses a shoe (1), consisting of a floor and a cut, the latter participating an outer part (2) or view and an inner part (3) in lining functions , it being foreseen that said cut incorporates in correspondence with the anterior zone of the same and between its outer part and its lining, one or more elastic parts (4) determining cameras or bubbles (description, column 1, line 18) that emerge to the outside of the cut defining protuberances (see figures 1 and 2) adequately distributed over the anterior zone and the lateral areas of the cut where each protuberance established by the corresponding elastic piece internally presents a central neck open towards the outside. With respect to this last characteristic, document D02 discloses protuberances with a central neck but in no case open to the outside. This last feature is considered an improved effect compared to the state of the art. Furthermore, it is not considered obvious that one skilled in the art obtains the invention from the documents mentioned above. With respect to claim 2, it describes that each protuberance is an independent piece with respect to the remaining ones, characteristic described in document D02 (description Column 2, line 32-35, Figure 7, reference 4a). These independent pieces are equipped with a wall or perimeter flange for support and fixation on the internal face of the cut. Said characteristic has not been found in the state of the art and it is not considered obvious that a person skilled in the art includes said characteristic so that it constitutes an improved effect with respect to the state of the art. Claim 3 discloses that the central neck is internally smooth and susceptible to being affected by external annular projections, no document showing the technical characteristics disclosed in said claim has been found in the state of the art. Therefore, no document has been found in the state of the art, taken alone or in combination that reveals the invention defined in claims 1, 2 and 3. Furthermore, it is not considered obvious that one skilled in the art conceives said invention. Therefore, the invention claimed in claims 1, 2 and 3 is new, involves inventive activity and has industrial application in accordance with articles 6 and 8.1 of Law 11/86 of March 20 of Patents.
