El objeto de la solicitud es una cerradura de seguridad constituida a partir de una carcasa metálica en cuyo seno se integran dos cerraduras dispuestas paralelamente, una orientada hacia el exterior y otra orientada hacia el interior. El bombín de la cerradura exterior está asociado a un mecanismo de bloqueo / desbloqueo de una portezuela que da acceso a una escotadura que atraviesa la puerta. A través de la portezuela, que permite el paso de la mano del usuario a su través, se accede con la correspondiente llave al bombín interior de la cerradura para apertura total de la puerta. El documento que se considera más cercano en el estado de la técnica de entre los citados es el D01. En este documento se divulga una puerta con tres cierres (2,3,4). Los cierres 3 y 4 tienen cerraduras que se abren con llave, y que son accesibles desde el exterior de la puerta. El otro cierre, el 4, tiene una cerradura escondida bajo el pomo de una puerta (7), que es desplazable. El objetivo de esta invención es desanimar a los ladrones a forzar la puerta, ya que aún pudiendo abrir las cerraduras visibles, no les resulta fácil encontrar la tercera cerradura. Como conclusión, ninguno de los documentos hallados divulga dos cerraduras dispuestas paralelamente, una orientada hacia el exterior y otra orientada hacia el interior, dispuestas de modo que el bombín de la cerradura exterior esté asociado a un mecanismo de bloqueo / desbloqueo de una portezuela que da acceso a una escotadura que atraviesa la puerta, accediendo a través de esta portezuela, mediante otra llave distinta, a la cerradura que abre la puerta, y que da al interior. Por ello, se considera que el contenido de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3 es nuevo e inventivo, ya que no se ha hallado un documento que por sí solo o en combinación pueda servir de base para objetar al cumplimiento de los requisitos de novedad e actividad inventiva (según los arts. 6 y 8 de la ley de patentes 11/1986).
