Por lo tanto, a la vista de ambos documentos un experto en la materia llegaría a la misma solución constructiva que la planteada en la 1ª reivindicación de la adición ya que los receptáculos llevan material resistente y el que éste sea material fibroso ya es conocido para evitar los impactos, por lo que se podría concluir que carece de actividad inventiva (Art. 8.1 LP).
