The present invention, as expressed in The statement of this specification refers to a tie security whose purpose is to facilitate an anchor specially designed for protection in high falls, preferably in building construction, having been specially designed to facilitate the attachment of equipment Individual protection against falls. The invention allows to provide the buildings, and especially those found in construction process, of points at which to hook any anti-fall system For its simple way of installation, which allows taking advantage of structural elements of the own building, results from a very high reliability, low cost, and makes recalculations virtually unnecessary security.
The risk of workers or operators is known in building construction when they work at certain height, being determined by regulations certain systems of safety such as life wires, harnesses, or other items that are normally held at scaffolding points. These fasteners Conventional have the disadvantage that they must be calculated in each particular case, requiring hooks or specific structures that make the installation of security, in addition to not being as reliable as one would want.
To achieve the objectives and avoid drawbacks indicated in previous sections, the invention It consists of a safety tie applicable as an anchor safety to avoid falls from height, preferably in the building construction
Novelly, according to the invention, said mooring is constituted in a central body formed by a belt of high resistance whose ends form respective closed loops, so that one of the loops is subject to some element of the building, while the cable, harness, is connectable to the other loop Carabiner or safety element of the corresponding operator.
According to certain embodiments of the invention, said central body may optionally have of a zone folded in "S" and sewn with a lower resistance that of the endurance of the constituent tape of said body, of so that it constitutes a kind of "fuse" or "witness" of when the mooring has acted exercising its function safety or when the mooring has been subjected to certain effort. Additionally it works as an energy absorber of the drop.
Also according to various embodiments of the invention, said closed loops may present optionally a reinforcement with respect to the resistance of the tape of the central body.
The mooring of the invention, besides being able used individually, it can be used in conjunction of a plurality of said tape, so that one of the loops of each tape is held in some element of the building, while through the remaining loops a cable or lifeline, to which the carabiner will be attached, harness or safety element of the operator, or a safety net, for example.
The high strength tape constituting the safety tie of the invention, can be made with rope, cable or other material of sufficient strength.
With the structure described, the invention has the main advantage of allowing to take advantage the strength of structural components of the building, such such as steel rods, joists, reinforced concrete or others, In addition to the auxiliary construction equipment. Further, the device of the invention has the advantage that it allows Very fast installation with very high reliability and cost remarkably low. On the other hand, when done with tape, the mooring of the invention is not a problem for executing formwork of structures, such as slabs or pillars and does not mean a reduction significant in the resistance of these elements when It includes the mooring of the invention.
Depending on the length of the mooring of the invention, variable according to the application, the point is achieved anchor is at a height such that the worker hooking his belt or lifeline from the ground and without any additional equipment. In addition, once the line is installed of life is positioned at a height that without bothering It also allows you to easily hook it.
The use of non-metallic materials, such as polyethylene tapes or ropes for the construction of the mooring of the invention, allow to keep this installed until practically finish the work, at which time it can be cut with a razor or similar or just hide under the fake ceiling. In addition, the use of these materials makes impossible the subsequent appearance of rust spots in areas where installed the mooring or suspensor of the invention, which implies a Remarkable advantage over element based moorings metallic Therefore, the mooring of the invention is of great utility for the vast majority of jobs with risk of falling to different level, as are the works next to slab edges (lifting of partitions, for example), work in the environment of walls, gaps in walls (installation of aluminum carpentry, glass, false ceiling construction, roof cladding, moldings plaster, etc.)
In addition to the above, the safety tie of the invention serves to fix safety nets of all type as well as to cover gaps in interior courtyards or on facades for jobs such as wall cladding in the absence of closing of that front; or the laying of lifelines in covered for example. In short, it is a system of secured resistance fixation for multiple fixation security equipments. On the other hand, the use of mooring safety of the invention is also possible in structures metal of the building when it is of that nature, that is, Not only is it used for reinforced concrete buildings but also for those of metal, wood or other structure.
