Abstract

Racor de tubo flexible (1) de acero o aluminio para el empalme de dos piezas de tubo flexible con distintos diámetros interiores con un tubo flexible transportador continuo para el tratamiento de superficies como paredes de barcos y edificios, tanques, contenedores, instalaciones industriales, así como otros objetos metálicos con medios transportados mediante aire comprimido, con lo cual el racor de tubo flexible (1) presenta un primer elemento de conexión tubular (2) para la admisión de la pieza de tubo flexible con un diámetro mayor, una segunda pieza de conexión tubular (4) para la admisión de la pieza de tubo flexible con el diámetro interior menor y un elemento intermedio tubular (3) dispuesto entre la primera (2) y la segunda pieza de conexión (4), caracterizado por el hecho de que el elemento intermedio (3) presenta un diámetro interior que se reduce de forma continua y uniforme desde el primer (2) hasta el segundo elemento de conexión (4), con lo cual el elemento intermedio (3) puede estar equipado también por varias piezas y/o como acoplamiento o como pieza insertable, y por el hecho de que la reducción B - B¿ del diámetro interior del elemento intermedio (3) con respecto a su longitud L supone el 35 % como máximo, y por el hecho de que las superficies interiores (5) del elemento intermedio o de los elementos intermedios (3) están revestidos, engomados o templados, para lograr una resistencia más elevada, o que en lugar de esto está prevista una boquilla insertable (11) tratada correspondientemente.
