Abstract

Unidad de avance para un dispositivo de soldadura, especialmente un dispositivo de soldadura ultrasónica, con un carro (2) móvil a lo largo de una guía lineal (1) y que lleva una herramienta de soldadura (10) del dispositivo de soldadura, y con al menos un cilindro de trabajo (3) conectado con el carro, accionado hidráulica o neumáticamente y que puede ser impulsado con presión a través de válvulas controladas, caracterizada porque para la regulación de la presión que provoca el movimiento del cilindro de trabajo (3) está prevista una válvula proporcional (4) dispuesta en la proximidad del cilindro de trabajo (3), cuya salida está conectada a través de un conducto de presión corto (11) con la entrada del cilindro de trabajo (3), porque la válvula proporcional (4) está dispuesta en una carcasa (7) que rodea al cilindro de trabajo (3), y porque la carcasa (7) presenta conductos de alimentación de la presión (8, 9), a través de los cuales se puede alimentar a la unidad de avance un medio de transmisión de la presión, que impulsa con presión un pistón (3¿) del cilindro de trabajo (3) en la dirección de empuje o en la dirección de la carrera de retorno.
