Abstract

Dispositivo (1) destinado a asegurar la obturación de una botella (4) que contiene un vino efervescente y que comporta un tapón (2), en particular de corcho o de un material sintético, capaz de ser insertado en el cuello (3) de dicha botella (4), mantenido en esta última mediante un morrión (6), y atravesado, en el sentido axial, por un orificio (13) destinado a recibir un conducto (8) que comprende un primer extremo (10) y un segundo extremo (11) capaces de comunicar con el volumen interior, respectivamente el volumen exterior, de la botella (4), siendo dicho segundo extremo (11) cerrado por un obturador retráctil (12), caracterizado por que dicho orificio (13) presenta una sección (14) ajustada y apretada respecto a la sección externa (15) de dicho conducto (8), siendo este último (8) provisto, al nivel de su segundo extremo (11), de una brida de apoyo (16), por un lado, capaz de apoyarse en la cara superior (17) de dicho tapón (2) y, por otro lado, en la cual viene aplicado dicho obturador (12) definido por una lengüeta (18).
