Abstract

Dispositivo y procedimiento para la medida de parámetros de señales oscilatorias periódicas. El objeto de la presente invención es un dispositivo para la medida de parámetros de señales oscilatorias periódicas que comprende un modulador sigma- delta y un detector de cruce por cero. Constituye otro objeto de la presente invención un procedimiento para la medida de parámetros de señales oscilatorias periódicas mediante dicho dispositivo que comprende las etapas de: a) introducción en el modulador sigma-delta y en el detector de cruce por cero de la señal oscilatoria periódica cuyos parámetros se van a medir. b) codificación de dicha señal en el modulador sigma-delta en pulsos de unos y ceros y generación de una señal de sincronización mediante el detector de cruce por cero. c) procesado sincronizado de las señales obtenidas en la etapa anterior mediante circuitos de procesado digital. La invención es de aplicación en el campo de los circuitos integrados analógicos y mixtos, y más concretamente, con la evaluación y test de señales analógicas mediante la extracción de parámetros oscilatorios usando técnicas digitales.Device and procedure for measuring periodic oscillatory signal parameters. The invention is applicable in the field of analog and mixed integrated circuits, and more specifically, with the evaluation and testing of analog signals by extracting oscillatory parameters using digital techniques.
