Abstract

Machine for the formulation of compounds by weighing.For application in the automated manufacture of complex compounds, such as elastomers, special plastics, etc.It comprises a frame, with a platform and access ladder, in which are mounted two parallel rows of heads (2) each defined by rotating plates (3) with dosing hoppers (5), preferably separated by an angle of 90 degrees. The hoppers (5) release the established doses of the product sequentially into a pair of weighing (11) and tipping pans (12), both pivoted, transferring it to the scoops (13) of a conveyer chain (6) central to the two parallel rows of heads.The hoppers (5) are shaped like an inverted pyramid to facilitate the flow of the product and at the bottom is the dosing belt (7) divided into two parts (8, 9) of different width and actuated independently.
