Abstract
The invention relates to a light, prefabricated structure for rapid assembly of the type that is used for the construction of walkways or small bridges for pedestrians or road traffic. The inventive structure is characterised in that it: comprises 4 parts for rapid assembly and is provided with a reduced-weight deck with several hollowed-out sections which reduce the weight of the assembly considerably without diminishing the strength thereof. The invention affords the advantage of a significant reduction in the time required to construct walkways and small bridges as well as the resulting financial savings. In this way, the deck produced is very thin and comprises a minimum access step.
