Abstract

Método de detección y evaluación de compuestos miméticos de paclitaxel. Una gran parte de los citostáticos, entre ellos paclitaxel (Taxol ®) y otras substancias recientemente descubiertas que mimetizan sus efectos antitumorales, tienen como diana los microtúbulos celulares. La presente invención es un ensayo homogéneo de alto rendimiento, basado en la utilización de microtúbulos estabilizados y taxoides fluorescentes, para detectar cualesquiera substancias que puedan sustituir al paclitaxel en su sitio de unión en los microtúbulos, y constituir potencialmente agentes anticancerosos.
