Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de N-alquil-N¿- metilalquilenureas de la fórmula con R1 = H o CH3, R2 = CnH2n+1 con n = 1-4 y x = 0 o 1, con un contenido en ácido fórmico en el producto final menor que el 0,1 %, a partir de las correspondientes alquilenureas mediante reacción con formaldehído monómero o polímero, en presencia de ácido fórmico, caracterizado porque la mezcla, obtenida en la reacción, constituida por N-alquil-N¿-metilalquilenurea y ácido fórmico se conduce a la parte superior de una columna de destilación, se destila sin otros aditivos y se retira por la parte inferior de la columna N-alquil-N¿- metilalquilenureas esencialmente exenta de ácido fórmico, ajustándose la presión en la zona superior de la columna a un valor mayor que en la zona inferior de la columna y la diferencia de presión entre la zona superior y la zona inferior de la columna es de 10 hasta 100 mbares y se ajusta la temperatura en la zona inferior de la columnaa un valor mayor que en la zona superior de la columna, con una diferencia de temperatura entre la zona superior y la zona inferior de la columna de 40ºC hasta 210ºC.
