Abstract

Dispositivo para secar sólidos muy húmedos. El dispositivo es una combinación de lecho fluidizado y lecho móvil. El fondo del lecho móvil está inclinado para recoger el agua que escurra del sólido. El agente desecante es aire u otra mezcla gaseosa caliente que se alimenta por la parte inferior del lecho fluidizado y pasa después a través del lecho móvil. El sólido se alimenta a la entrada del lecho móvil y circula por efecto de la gravedad. En el lecho móvil el sólido sufre un secado parcial progresivo y se capturan los sólidos arrastrados desde el lecho fluidizado, en el cual se produce el secado final. El dispositivo va dotado de sistemas de control automático de caudales de gas, líquido y sólido, niveles de lechos, temperatura, humedad de salida del sólido y presión total interior. Tiene aplicación en la industria de secado de sólidos granulares.
