Abstract

Método de reciclado de residuos de purificación de gases quemados que, aparte de pequeñas cantidades de productos de contaminación, contienen principalmente CaCl2, NaCl, CaSO4 y Na2SO4, que comprende las siguientes etapas (a) mezcla del residuo de purificación de gases quemados con agua de lavado, formando una emulsión de CaCl2; (b) filtrado de la emulsión de CaCl2 de manera que se produce, como mínimo, una corriente de filtrado de CaCl2; (c) separación de, como mínimo, una de las corrientes de filtrado en una primera fracción que tiene una concentración de CaCl2 inferior al valor predeterminado y una segunda fracción que tiene una concentración de CaCl2 superior a dicho valor predeterminado y (d) mezclar la primera fracción a la mezcla obtenida en la etapa (a), caracterizándose porque la etapa (a) comporta la mezcla de los residuos de purificación de gases quemados con agua de lavado ácida; la fase (c) comporta la utilización de una secuencia de rociadores, resultando en que dicha primeray segunda fracciones contienen diferentes concentraciones de CaCl2, de manera que el ajuste del valor predeterminado de la concentración de CaCl2 a un valor es tal que la etapa (d), cuando se efectúa la mezcla de la primera fracción a la mezcla de residuo de purificación de gases quemados y agua de lavado ácida procedente de la etapa (a).
