Abstract

Procedimiento de formación de piezas de varilla metálica torsionada y un dispositivo para su puesta en práctica. El procedimiento comprende el torsionado de al menos dos varillas sobre ellas mismas y el arrollado de al menos una sobre un núcleo cilíndrico, estando sometida la pieza a tensión axial durante el proceso de torsionado de varillas entre sí. El dispositivo comprende: Un plato guía (1) con orificios axiales (2), dotados periféricamente de tornillos prisioneros (3) dispuestos en sentido radial, y accionado su giro por un motoreductor, montado sobre una torreta fija (6); Un plato de amarre (4), simétrico, inverso e igual al de guía (1) montado sobre una torreta móvil (5); Un cilindro de fluidos (8), con su eje unido al plato de amarre (4), para tensionar la pieza durante el torsionado de las varillas. Medios de guiado del desplazamiento de la torreta móvil (5); cremallera (7) en el torsionado de varillas y husillo (9) en el arrollamiento sobre núcleo.
