Abstract

Expulsor flexible para moldes de inyección. Provisto de una varilla (1) destinada a fijarse a la placa expulsora (9), prolongada en un cuello plano y elásticamente deformable (2) que se remata en un pequeño cabezal (3) dotado de un rebaje de material (4) formal y dimensionalmente adecuado al negativo (5) a obtener, dicho cabezal (3) presenta una configuración básicamente prismático rectangular, es decir de caras laterales paralelas dos a dos, para facilitar su mecanizado, a la vez que la cota diagonal de su sección es igual o inferior al diámetro de la varilla (1), para permitir su montaje desde el exterior del cuerpo del molde (7). Para la fijación de la varilla (1) a la placa expulsora (9) dicha varilla cuenta con sector (10) exteriormente roscado sobre el que juega una tuerca (11), que permite regular con precisión la posición axial de la varilla (1), la cual se ve además inmovilizada en sentido angular por la existencia en la misma de un facetado plano en correspondencia con una de susgeneratrices, sobre el que actúa una chaveta (14). Un casquillo (15) montado en el propio cuerpo (7) del molde constituye la guía (8) para el cabezal (3), desplazable suavemente y con un perfecto ajuste.
