Abstract

Reductor de presión y procedimiento de fabricación y aplicación correspondientes, donde el reductor de presión es para el suministro de medicamentos a un paciente, preferentemente mediante una bomba elastomérica, y es apto para permitir el suministro de un caudal nominal fijo determinado de medicamento. Comprende un primer cuerpo (1) con una primera superficie y un segundo cuerpo (3) con una segunda superficie. Una vez montados ambos cuerpos la primera superficie queda substancialmente encarada con la segunda superficie. Una de las superficies presenta un rehundido (11) de tal manera que, en la posición montada, queda conformado un conducto. El procedimiento de fabricación comprende una etapa de inyección donde se conforman directamente los rehundidos (11), o bien unas etapas de grabado, por láser o de rectificado. El molde de inyección presenta unos resaltes realizados mediante un fresado, rectificado, electroerosión, grabado por láser, o grabado por ácido.
