Procedimiento de gestión de datos memorizados en una primera memoria de un primer chip (10) de una primera tarjeta (9) con chip en el que { se crea (13) un primer código (14) de gestión, con un primer (13) algoritmo de codicación, a partir de una clave matriz (100) y de una primera información (12) de identificación de la primera tarjeta con chip, {se registra este prime código de gestión en la primera memoria, { se pone la primera tarjeta en relación con un lector (1) de tarjeta con chip, { se autoriza una edición (20) de datos memorizados en la primera memoria si se presentase en el lector un código secreto que fuera compatible (18,19) con el primer código de gestión registrado, caracterizado porque { se crea (21) un segundo código (22) de gestión, con un segundo algoritmo (21) de codificación, a partir de una información (12) relativa a la primera tarjeta y de una segunda (23) información de identicación de una segunda tarjeta con chip, {se registra esta información (12) relativa a la primera tarjeta y este segundo código (22) de gestión en una segunda memoria de un segundo chip de la segunda tarjeta (2) con chip, { se autoriza la edición de datos memorizados en la segunda memoria si un código secreto presentado en el lector es compatible con el segundo código de gestión registrado.
