Abstract

Método e instalación para el tratamiento superficial del acero inoxidable. El método comprende: a) calentamiento de las planchas de acero inoxidable a 300-400°C; b) inmersión de las planchas calientes en un baño a base de ácido fosfórico y tensoactivos, durante un tiempo <= 5 minutos; c) lavado de las planchas tratadas con agua; d) secado de las planchas lavadas con un corriente de aire caliente a 100°C +- 5°C. La instalación comprende: una estufa (1) para el calentamiento de las planchas de acero;, un baño (2) de tratamiento de las mismas; una cuba (3) para su lavado con agua; una cámara de secado (4) para su secado con aire caliente. Aplicación en el sector industrial de la fabricación de aparatos de acero sometidos habitualmente a la acción del calor, en especial electrodomésticos.
