Abstract

Procedimiento de fabricación de placa alveolar ligera materializada en obra, placa así obtenida y su aplicación en viviendas. Procedimiento de fabricación de placa alveolar ligera, que utilizando el mismo tipo de máquina moldeadora deslizante de hormigón de producción continua sobre pista de pretensado, pre- fabrica una losa de hormigón de ancho 120 cm con un espesor de unos 3 cm, y con 4 a 5 nervios verticales, 2 de ellos laterales. Los nervios tienen unos 4 cm de espesor con una pequeña cola de milano superior, y los dos laterales tienen su cara externa con forma de borde de placa alveolar. Entre los nervios de hormigón fraguado y con su misma altura se empotran en fábrica bovedillas de poliestireno con rebajes en las esquinas superiores, de forma que el hormigón de la bóveda del alveolo que verteremos en obra se solidarice con los nervios, y se forme la placa alveolar propiamente dicha, con el mismo canto que el forjado tradicional al que sustituye y las mismas cualidades y normativas aplicables que la placa alveolar.
