Abstract
Método de mantenimiento y/o recuperación de bebidas gaseosas, tras la apertura inicial de su envase, y dispositivo para su puesta en práctica. El método consiste, una vez que se ha iniciado el consumo de la bebida contenida en una botella de considerable capacidad, como por ejemplo una botella de 2 litros, en suministrar a dicha botella una presión adecuada para evitar la fuga del gas diluido en la bebida durante el periodo de tiempo que ha de transcurrir hasta una nueva fase de consumo de la misma. Para ello el tapón convencional de la botella o envase de que se trate se sustituye por un tapón complementario (1), de similares características, que incorpora además una válvula unidireccional (4), que por un lado mantiene estanco y estable el cierre y por otro permite en el momento adecuado la incorporación de gas a presión al interior de la botella.Method of maintenance and / or recovery of soft drinks, after the initial opening of its container, and device for its implementation.
