EL PROCEDIMIENTO COMBINA LA APLICACION DE UN ADHESIVO QUE IMPARTE UNA RESISTENCIA PERMANENTE PERO QUE SE ENDURECE DESPUES DE UN PERIODO RELATIVAMENTE LARGO DE TIEMPO CON LA APLICACION DE UN ADHESIVO QUE IMPARTE RAPIDAMENTE RESISTENCIA DE MANEJO, DEBIENDO EVITARSE CONFIGURACIONES COMPLICADAS DE LA JUNTA QUE SE HA DE PEGAR Y ALTOS COSTES EN EL EQUIPAMIENTO, TENIENDO QUE SER COMPENSADAS LAS TOLERANCIAS DE ELABORACION Y DEBIENDO OBSERVARSE EL ESPESOR DE LA JUNTA ADHERIDA A UN MINIMO ESPECIFICO. THE PROCEDURE COMBINES THE APPLICATION OF AN ADHESIVE THAT PROVIDES A PERMANENT RESISTANCE BUT IT HARDENS AFTER A RELATIVELY LONG TIME PERIOD WITH THE APPLICATION OF A ADHESIVE THAT IS RAPIDLY SUBSTITUTED TO HANDLE RESISTANCE, SHOULD BE AVOIDED SHOWING TO CONFORM TO MANAGE RESISTANCE. AND HIGH COSTS IN EQUIPMENT, THE TOLERANCES OF PRODUCTION HAVE TO BE COMPENSATED AND THE THICKNESS OF THE JOINT ADHERED TO A MINIMUM SPECIFIC MUST BE OBSERVED. ALSO THE ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS MUST BE RESTRICTED ON THE SIDES OF THE SELECTED ADHESIVE JOINTS, WITHOUT HAVING TO ELIMINATE AND HAVE MARGINAL EDGES. THIS PROBLEM IS SOLVED SO THAT A LAYER (4) QUICKLY STABLE AND ADHESIVE ADHESIVE FIRST INHERENT TO THE FIRST SIDES OF JOINT (2.1, 3.1) AND A SECOND ADHESIVE LAYER (5) THAT TAKES LONGER IN HARDENING IS FIRST APPLIED. TO THE SECOND SIDES OF THE BOARD (2.2. 3.2). THE COMPONENTS ARE UNITED BEFORE OR AFTER THE SECOND ADHESIVE LAYER IS APPLIED (5), GIVING THE FIRST ADHESIVE LAYER (4) QUICKLY RESISTANCE OF HANDLING AND MAINTAINING A GASKET SPACE PREVIOUSLY DETERMINED, WHILE 5 FILL IN THE ADJUSTMENT JOINT SPACING AND, AFTER HARDENING, DELIVER A PERMANENT RESISTANCE. THE ADHESIVE USED FOR THE FIRST LAYER (4) ADHESIVE IS ALSO USED AS A RESIDUAL MARGINAL EDGE LIMITER.
