Abstract

The improvements to a toilet bowl are characterized in that, to a conventional toilet bowl (1), lateral and horizontal wings (3) are added flush with the upper edge (2) of the bowl (1). The wings (3) can be part of the general body of the bowl or can be extensions of parts (4) which are mountably/dismountably arranged with respect to the upper edge and in correspondence to the sides of the bowl (1) means (5) passing through one of the wings of part (4) press on each side against the side surface of the bowl (1), thereby securing the parts (4) and consequently the wings (3) the user can place the hands palms thereon and do inclination/lift-up exercises alternatively which facilitate the physiological defecation process.
