Abstract

Aeromotor para desalar agua con acoplamiento mecánico. Se refiere la invención a la utilización de una turbina eólica (20) para, mediante un acoplamiento mecánico rotor-bomba (21) y un circuito hidráulico (22), desalar agua con membranas osmóticas (14). Para ello alimentamos agua salada filtrada (23) a una bomba (A), la cual es movida por elementos mecánicos desde el aeromotor; dando presión al fluido en el circuito de desolación, para obtener agua producto (24) y rechazo (25). Son de aplicación las plantas de desolación por ósmosis inversa con accionamiento de una bomba a régimen constante; así como las turbinas atmosféricas diseñadas generalmente para extraer del viento su potencial y convertirlo en energía eléctrica. La invención facilita un equipo compacto aeromotor-acoplamiento mecánico-circuito de desalación de fácil mantenimiento y bajo costo; de aplicación en pequeñas explotaciones agrícolas y caseríos aislados. En problemas de la escasez de agua potable, tanto para usosaurbanos como agrícolas, incide principalmente en grandes áreas de países poco desarrollados.
