Abstract

The reflector adjuster has a first arm (30) which pivots about a vertical axis in the upper wall of a headlight housing (10) whilst a second arm (20) pivots about a horizontal axis. The first arm engages with the second arm and controls the linear adjustment of a carrier (50) linked to the reflector. The flexibly mounted head (22) of the second arm is axially retained in a socket (15) in the lamp housing. The socket can be terminated by a thin wall (14) projecting from the back of the housing.
