LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIIENTO PARA LA DETERMINACION DE NIVEL DE RUIDO PARA UNA SEÑAL DE VIDEO, DONDE LA SEÑAL DE VIDEO CONSISTE EN UNA SERIE DE IMAGENES DE VIDEO, DE FORMA QUE CADA SEÑAL CONSISTE EN LINEAS DE VIDEO DISPUESTAS VERTICALMENTE UNA DESPUES DE OTRA.
